2. Digital Products
   Due to the nature of digital downloads (journals, workbooks, templates, and other resources), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete.

3. Physical Products
   Physical items (such as journals, apparel, or accessories) are also sold as final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
   If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your support email]. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
